Send2Analyze Refund Policy

Thanks for using Send2Analyze. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer the following refund policy for subscription plans purchased directly from us. If you subscribed through a marketplace or third party, please contact them to manage billing or refunds.

Eligibility

• Monthly plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date if you have processed fewer than 5 analyses during the billing period.
• Annual plans: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have used fewer than 20 analyses in that period. After 14 days, annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund at our discretion.
• Renewals are not automatically refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at billing@send2analyze.com using the address associated with your account.
2. Include your workspace name, subscription plan, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
3. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is granted.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed. To resolve billing issues quickly, contact us directly before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and communicated via email when appropriate. Continued use of Send2Analyze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
